Why train the team instead of just handing out accounts
Giving everyone an AI account is like hiring a very fast intern and explaining nothing. Each person asks for different things in different ways, and nobody checks the output the same way.
Where the comparison stops: an intern says when they do not understand. Claude usually has a go anyway, and sounds sure of itself. That is why half the training is learning to check.

- Two or three of their tasks already tried with Claude, with the brief that worked.
- A way to check what it writes before it goes to a client.
- A plan for the first 30 days, with one task a week.
Frequently asked questions
Which AI tool do you teach?
Claude, the AI assistant made by Anthropic. The way of working we teach (give it the data, ask for a draft, check it before it goes out) also works with other assistants, but the exercises are done in Claude.
Can the whole team come?
Yes. Each person joins the workshop (€190) or the 4-session course (€390), VAT included. If you want a session just for your company, write to us with how many you are and we will tell you what we can do.
Is it in person in Madrid?
There are rounds in person in Madrid and online. Each round says which one and where. There are no dates yet: the waiting list is how you hear first.
Does my team need to know how to code?
No. It is for people who work with email, documents and spreadsheets. The free Claude plan is enough for the workshop.
What is the difference between training the team and the set-up?
Training teaches each person to use Claude on their own tasks. The set-up (€990 per team, plus VAT) leaves Claude configured in the company account: connectors, skills and a usage policy. You can start with either.
