Claude course for using it in your work
A 3-hour workshop and a 4-session course, online or in Madrid. We work with your real tasks, not textbook examples.

Who it is for
It is for business owners, freelancers and teams who have tried an AI assistant, asked a handful of one-off questions and got no further. We write the examples with accountancies, consultancies, architecture studios, gyms, cafés and content creators in mind, using the tasks that repeat in those trades (emails, quotes, reports, content calendars).
If you live in Spain or in a Spanish-speaking country without Spanish as your first language, you are the person we have in mind for these English pages.
Picture a new intern, very fast, who has read most of the internet. They prepare a draft in seconds. But they do not know your clients or your prices unless you tell them, and they get things wrong with great confidence.
So one part of the course is learning to ask well, and the other, just as important, is learning to check.
What you take away at the end
- Two or three of your tasks already tested with Claude, with the request that worked.
- A way to check what it writes before sending it to a client.
- Clear rules on which documents and data to paste, and which not.
- A plan for your first 30 days, with one task per week.

Syllabus
The course goes through these four sessions. The workshop takes the essentials of the first two, applied to your tasks.
Session 1: getting started
- What each plan includes and which one suits you.
- The request: how to ask Claude for something so the first draft is useful.
- Projects (a space with your documents and your chats) and memory.
Session 2: your documents
- Uploading contracts, quotes or reports and working on them.
- Summarising, drafting and building tables.
- How to check what it writes: confident mistakes, figures and dates.
Session 3: let Claude look into your applications and keep your standing requests (connectors and skills)
- Connectors: letting Claude look into your applications with your own permissions.
- Skills: folders of instructions that Claude loads when a task needs them.
- What to connect and what not to.
Session 4: do one task on your own files and plan your first 30 days (Claude Code)
- Claude Code from the desktop app, with no terminal (needs a paid plan).
- One task on files on your computer, from start to finish.
- Rules of use for you or your team and a plan for the first 30 days.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to program?
No. Both formats are meant for people who use email, documents and spreadsheets at work. In session 4 of the course we try Claude Code from the desktop app, without opening a terminal.
Which Claude plan do I need?
For chat, documents and Projects, the free plan is enough. According to claude.com/pricing it includes chat, up to 5 Projects, memory, connectors and skills. Claude Code is not in the free plan: you need a paid plan, and Pro costs $20 a month excluding tax, about €18 excluding VAT on top of the course price (price checked on 16 October 2026; ECB rate of 16 October 2026). To join the workshop, the free plan is enough to start.
When are the dates?
There are no dates yet. If you join the waiting list, we email you when a run is scheduled, with the format, the time and the place. Joining does not commit you to anything and costs nothing.
Is it online or in person?
Both are possible: online, or in person in Madrid. Each run will say which. There will be morning and afternoon groups. Tell us which suits you better when you sign up.
Is the course in English?
We have not set the language of each run yet. Say in your waiting-list message that you want English, so we know how many people ask for it.
What is the difference between the workshop and the course?
The workshop lasts 3 hours and works on the tasks you bring. The four sessions of the course go through Claude in layers: requests, documents, connectors and skills, and Claude Code. After the workshop you have a starting point. After the course you have a method to carry on by yourself.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. The workshop costs €190 per person and the 4-session course €290, with IVA (Spanish VAT) included. That is the final price.
