Terms of sale and refunds

These terms apply to places on the Claude workshop and course sold by Limeralda. There are no open dates right now: there is a waiting list, and joining it is not a purchase. When booking opens, you buy under these terms. The Spanish version, Condiciones de venta, is the reference text.

Who sells

Kevin León, self-employed (autónomo), trading as Limeralda. The address, tax number and other details are in thelegal notice. For any question or complaint, write tokevin@limeralda.com.

What you buy and what it costs

• Claude workshop: one 3-hour session. €190 per person.
• Claude course: 4 sessions, one a week.€390 per person.

Workshop and course prices include IVA, Spanish VAT, at 21%: of the €190 workshop price, €157.02 is the price and €32.98 is IVA. Classes are taught in Spanish. Before you pay, each run states its date, times and whether it is online or in person in Madrid, with the address.

The team set-up (€990 plus VAT) is a service for businesses and is agreed in writing before we start. The withdrawal rules below protect people buying as private individuals; they do not apply to purchases made by a business or a self-employed person for their work.

How to buy

1. Choose the format and the run on the course page.
2. If the first session starts less than 14 days after you buy, tick a box asking us to start early (explained below).
3. Go to the Stripe payment page, where you can check and correct your details before paying.
4. Pay with the button labelled «Reservar con obligación de pago» (book with an obligation to pay). Pressing it means you pay.
5. We email you the booking confirmation with these terms before the first session.

We keep the confirmation and the invoice. If you need a copy, ask by email.

Invoice

We email you an invoice. If you buy as a business or as a self-employed person, give us your tax details and we send a full invoice. The team set-up always comes with a full invoice.

You have 14 days to withdraw

If you buy as a private individual, you have 14 calendar days from the day you buy to withdraw, with no reason needed and no penalty.

To withdraw, tell us before the 14 days end with a clear message tokevin@limeralda.com. You can use the withdrawal link, the model form below or your own words. We confirm by email that we received it.

We refund everything you paid within 14 days of your message, by the same payment method, at no cost to you.

If the course starts within those 14 days

If the first session falls within the 14 days, we only start if you ask us to, by ticking the box before you pay. By ticking it you also accept that once the whole course or workshop has been given, you can no longer withdraw.

• If you withdraw after it starts, you pay only for the part already given. For example, if you withdraw after session 1 of the course, you pay €97.50 (€390 divided by 4 sessions) and we refund €292.50.
• Once the whole course or workshop has been given, there is no refund.
